All our public events can be booked as private events. If you fancy something a bit more bespoke for yourself, your family or a group, contact us and we can organise an event just for you!

You can visit us at our Dalby Forest Stargazing Hub or we can visit you at the location of your choice. Private events can be tailored specifically to cater for your groups needs. If you just want to use our planetarium dome, no problem! If you just want our tour of the night sky, to use our telescopes to view the amazing celestial treats in the sky, or to show you how to use your own equipment, no problem! We can plan sessions to suit groups of all sizes, ages and interests and welcome any enquiries for our services.

Prices vary on group sizes but the following is a good guide:

Children's birthday parties - please contact us, we have offers to suit every budget.

Small groups (up to 10 people) - from £250 plus travel costs for a 2 hour session

Larger groups (more than 10 people) from £250 plus travel costs and £15 per person after the initial 10 for a 2 hour session

We are a provider of STEM and educational outreach sessions.

We can provide sessions in a classroom, on a playground, on a sports field, in our planetarium dome or anywhere we can make it work! Daytime sessions are no problem too. We have equipment to allow your students to safely observe and learn about the sun!

We can bring our planetarium dome to your school and treat your students to immersive educational astronomy films. We also offer talks and presentations on astronomy related subjects such as the Solar System.
