All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are displayed in GBP and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free, complete, or current.
In the event that a product is mispriced, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and notify you accordingly.
6. Bookings & Experiences
By placing a booking for an Astro Dog event or experience, you agree to our Bookings & Experiences Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable once placed. Tickets are valid for the time and date specified only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional discount or special offer.
Booking on behalf of others
If you are placing a booking as a gift for another person or on behalf of a group, it is your responsibility to relay all information on our website, including these terms and conditions, to the people you are making bookings for. By placing a booking you are confirming that you have read all information and agree to these terms on behalf of all people included in your booking.
Email confirmation
Once your booking has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation to the address you provided. It is your responsibility to check, prior to purchase, that all information you have supplied is accurate. We are only responsible for issuing tickets in accordance with the information you provide. Once purchased, the date of your booking cannot be changed.
Assumption of risk
Stargazing events and activities take place at night and are inherently subject to environmental risks including uneven terrain, low light conditions, cold temperatures, and unpredictable weather. By placing a booking, you, your group, and any other people included in your booking acknowledge and accept that participation in our events involves inherent risks, and you voluntarily assume all risk of personal injury sustained while participating in our events and activities, whether such risk is foreseen or unforeseen.
We strongly recommend that all guests take out appropriate personal event insurance prior to attending, to cover personal injury, medical expenses, travel disruption, and any other losses that may arise.
7. Limitation of Liability — Events & Experiences
Astro Dog events take place outdoors and at night, and may involve uneven terrain, low light conditions, cold temperatures, and other environmental factors. By attending an event, guests acknowledge and accept these conditions and agree to take reasonable care for their own safety and the safety of others in their group.
Whilst we take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of our guests, Astro Dog and its partners accept no liability for any personal injury, loss, or damage suffered at or in connection with our events, except where such injury, loss, or damage is caused directly by our failure to take reasonable care (negligence).
Guests are responsible for wearing appropriate clothing and footwear for outdoor nighttime conditions. Temperatures at our events can be significantly cold, particularly during autumn and winter months, and guests should dress in warm, weatherproof layers and take appropriate precautions against the cold. As events take place in the dark, we strongly recommend bringing a torch or head torch to light your way. Guests must follow all instructions provided regarding venue location, access, and parking. We accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury arising from failure to follow these instructions. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behaviour poses a risk to themselves or others.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Our website and its contents are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
