Processing Time
As a small two-person business, please allow up to 14 days for your order to be processed and dispatched. We always do our best to ship as quickly as possible, and most orders are dispatched within a few days. We'll notify you by email once your order is on its way. If you need an item urgently, please contact us before placing your order and we'll do our best to help.
During busy periods such as Christmas, dark skies festivals, or following an event, processing times may be slightly longer. On occasion, as a small team, we may be away attending events or working internationally — in these instances processing times may also be extended. We'll always keep you informed of any delays.
UK Shipping
We ship within the UK using Royal Mail. For larger items, we may use an alternative courier to ensure your order arrives safely. Delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch:
- Royal Mail Standard: 2–5 business days
- Larger items via courier: timeframes will be confirmed at dispatch
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to selected countries — please contact us at contact@astro-dog.co.uk or astro-dog@hotmail.com before placing your order to discuss shipping options, costs, and estimated timeframes for your location.
Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at contact@astro-dog.co.uk or astro-dog@hotmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs delays outside of our control.
Undeliverable Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
