We want you to love your Astro Dog purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.


Bookings & Experiences

Our stargazing events take place even if the weather is not ideal. Should the skies be cloudy, there is still plenty for guests to enjoy — our events are designed to be a memorable experience regardless of conditions.

Please note: all bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable once placed. By completing your booking you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

We strongly recommend that guests take out appropriate personal event insurance to cover circumstances such as illness, travel disruption, or other personal emergencies that may prevent attendance. We are unable to offer refunds or transfers for personal circumstances outside of our control.

In order for our events to remain viable, we are unable to offer refunds or rearrange bookings due to cloudy or overcast weather.

We only cancel events in circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Dangerous weather conditions resulting in the venue being closed to the public
  • Illness or unavailability of a key speaker or presenter
  • A venue emergency or closure outside of our control
  • Other exceptional circumstances (force majeure events) such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions

In the rare event of a cancellation for any of the above reasons, we will offer you one of the following:

  • A date change to another available event
  • A gift card to the value of your booking, redeemable against any future event or store purchase
  • A full refund

Physical Items

Your statutory rights Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, for any reason, and receive a full refund.

Our returns window We accept return requests within 14 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In original packaging, with all tags and inserts intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-refundable items The following cannot be refunded:

  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Digital downloads or gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

How to start a return Email us at contact@astro-dog.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond as soon as possible with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent. Please ensure items are securely packed in suitable packaging to protect them during transit — we cannot accept responsibility for items damaged on their way back to us. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the payment.

Damaged or faulty items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
